Vrat /Fast days usually mean we eat many dishes like vrat dosas, idlis or parathas made from Rajgira flour, water chestnut flour/singhade ka atta or kuttu ka atta/Buckwheat flour
These dishes need one or more side dishes to have as a dip or acompaniment so this peanut curd chutney comes handy and very quick to make.
3 tbsp roasted peanuts crushed coarsely.
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tsp ginger paste
Rock salt ( sendha namak)
1 cup thick whisked fresh yogurt.
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves ( optional )
Grind the peanuts roughly in a blender.
Remove and and add all the remaining ingredients in a bowl,add the yogurt.
Refrigerate till required.
