Chocolate choco chip cake cookies






Cookies baked from ready to make cake mix!! Yes that's right!!  for those dreadfully lazy days when the craving starts with cookies, chocolate cookies with loads of choco chips but the kitchen doesn't beckon you , the baking in kitchen on hot summer days really thwarts any temptation....

That s when such cake mixes , especially those ready to bake cake mix box comes handy..where the instruction is given to mix required one or two ingredients , stir well, and spoon out balls of cake batter on a greased baking tray, slam in the oven and after 12 minutes , yummy cookies are ready.




Ingredients:



1 box box Betty Crocker Chocolate cake mix. ( 15 oz )
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Add some choco chips if you like.
As I was making it egglesss, I took 3/4 cup thick smooth yogurt. 
( the box recommends 2 eggs )

Method:



Take a bowl . mix the ingredients so that the batter is thick and not like the regular cake batter .
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C

Spoon the balls of batter on the greased baking tray leaving room for slight expansion of the cookies as they bake.
Bake till done around 12 minutes.
 Remove after 2 minutes of rest in the oven , then keep on a cooling tray .
The cookies will look little puffy and soft when they are out.
After they cool down you will get a nice texture and crunch.


Store in  a cookie tin.
