Another healthy sandwich packed with tasty ingredients.
1 pack of multi grain bread which includes, wholewheat flour, Ragi,Oats and Jowar ( sorghum )
1 cup of mixed veggies chopped cherry tomatoes, finely sliced avocados,baby spinach leaves
1 cup of mixed steamed sprouts
1/2 cup of sliced thin cucumber
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp broken walnuts
1/2 cup grated avocados
salt as required
1 tsp pizza mix
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Crumbled white cheese or mozzarella
Lightly toast breads.
Prepare a green chutney spread for the sandwiches made of fresh coriander leaves, green
chillies,walnuts,avocado grated,some spring onion greens and baby spinach leaves with pinch of salt..
Spread this green chutney over the slices, layer with chopped sliced vegetables of your choice, like thinly
sliced peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers.
Sprinkle crumbled cheese generously.
Cover with the other slice.
Grill till the cheese melts and sandwiches hold together.
