My lunch here consists of the following.
1. Drumstick sambar, where the recipe is the same as that of arachavitta sambar which means ground coconut paste is used with condiments.except that the vegetable used is tomatoes and drumsticks.
2. Karamani Sundal which is cow gram soaked and cooked til soft and garnished with spiced coconut .
3. Tomato rasam.
