Dieters Mini Lunch.

I call this a meal for a dieter as we have one at the moment in my-house!

Everything is zero oil  and also delicious. Though I did have my doubts about this, it seemed to be a great hit.

In the plate

1. Broccoli stirfry

2. A lovely delicious chickpea, pomegranate cucumber salad.

3. A gram dal chutney without coconut.

4. Pasta salad with broccoli.

5. Paniyarams made with beetroot and no oil used .

The gram dal chutney was made by grinding some roasted gram called pottukadalai, with green chilli, small piece of ginger and salt. A tbsp of fresh yogurt was added to give a creamy taste and texture.
