Sprouted Chickpea salad




Sprouted Chickpea salad : 




You will need:


1/2 cup sprouted chickpeas  cooked to a soft texture. If you cannot use sprouted chickpeas, use canned cooked  chickpeas peas. Sprouted chickpeas only enhances the nutrition.

3 cherry tomatoes sliced
1 small tender cucumber cubed
1/2 bunch of fresh spinach washed and dried cut to ribbons
2 green chillis deseeded.
pinch of white pepper
Pinch of coarse salt
1 tbsp of crushed walnuts
1 tbsp slivered almonds
some sliced cheddar.

For the dressing
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
2 tbs of cilantro chopped
1/2  tsp of  white pepper

1 or  2 tsp of olive oil (optional)
1/4 tsp of coarse salt or lime salt

Toss all the veggies in a bowl and pour the dressing to coat well.Garnish with broken walnuts, slivered almonds and cheddar cheese sliced thinly.
