Choose your meal plan from this simple array of selected dishes. Though it looks a lot, it is not!!

1. Paneer minty rice pulao. This is almost the same recipe as my coriander chutney mint pulao, addition being paneer cubes. Basic recipe remanins the same.

2. Aaloo Tariwale ........ A delectable medley of tasty soft cookd potatoes in a tangy spicy gravy just right to go with rotis, naan, plain rice or  a pulao.
