My lunch............4














On some days My Lunch plate is very simple  and I like to keep it that way as I can eat more of the veggie prepared if Iam hungry.

Usually the keep it simple happens when the lunch boxes are not prepared during the day due to some reason , then I need to stick to rotis, one vegetable and a curd rice with pickle. I simply do away with Rasam, sambar .

But I do like my veggies to be loaded  and so I choose this stuffed Bhindis/okras which are also stirfried.

2. Quick Okras Stirfry /Stuffed bhindis/okras.

3. Curd rice.
