Mini Lunch..........2









Another one of my favorite choices for a mini lunch. The dishes are simple but satisfying, if you can skip that small cup of chips, I think you can call it a nutritious lunch too.

1.Green peas and carrot poriyal

2.Cabbage thoran.

3.Curd rice prepared using skimmed milk yogurt.

4. Sambar saadham ( a delicious blend of mixed vegetables with protein rich rich mashed dals and spices )

5. Green peas and tomato rice with spring onion greens.

6. A cup of fried chips ,some curd chillis and a touch of pickle.
