This is a pretty simple salad which is tongue tickling.
Either use cooked chickpeas or soak and pressure
cook chickpeas with little salt.
Chop some tomatoes, (cherry ) and deseed come
cucumbers and cut them fine. Mix the cooked chick peas with these veggies and
add white pepper powder, lemon salt and add chopped fresh cilantro.
green chillies fine to give a sharp taste add drizzle juice of one lemon
depending on the amount of veggies you plan to use for salad. Very healthy and
this version of chick pea salad I have cooked the chickpeas and given a
tempering of mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, added a pinch of asafoetida
added some chopped onions and a small tomato.
stir this once in a small pan and add salt and mango powder to give a tangy
with chopped cilantro.
