Banana split

There are days when your kids are just not upto eating any of the favourite breakfast foods and keep saying no. It is at these times you can hide all healthy ingredients and offer them a dessert like breakfast.

Banana split which is supposedly a dessert served with a scoop of ice cream can be turned into super healthy option by serving with fresh thick yogurt.

This is a splendid way to start the day specially in summers when you do not want to bake in the hot kitchens.

The best part about this  is you can involve your kids to do this asking them to include their favorite fruits and nuts.You can sneak in some toasted muesli too.
